
Rectifier (Industrial Rectifier)
We manufacture various industrial rectifiers used in electroplating, electrocoating, anodizing, electrolysis, and general DC electromagnetic supply arrangement, and use IVR INPUT type and thyristor (SCR) control method. The
dual, inductive type uses an inductive voltage regulator to supply the required voltage to the transformer for the rectifier, and the setting can be controlled. There are two methods: phase control using a ‘cyristor’ on the AC side and adjusting the output voltage through a transformer, and phase control of a ‘cyristor’ on the second stage of the transformer.
Principle of operation

Operation Description
Contactless, uninterrupted
– Contactless, uninterrupted continuous, so it is not subject to interference due to contact failure or connection failure.
Constant voltage and constant current automatic degree set
– If it is adopted and set by constant voltage and constant current method, it is automatically controlled, and the degree of automaticity is within ±1.5%.
Improvement of repair function
– Improved repair function by uniting it so that it can be repaired from the front.
Improved safety and reliability
– All models have built-in automatic constant voltage and constant current control functions, complete protection and equipment, improving stability and reliability.
